Shipping and returns
For deliveries to Peninsula (mainland Spain and mainland Portugal) we use the courier service with delivery within 24/48 working hours of MRW. Shipping will be free for orders over € 50. In case the order does not exceed € 50 the cost for the courier is 7 euros if we deliver the package at home and 5 euros if the package is collected at a MRW office. Keep in mind that the contracted delivery service has a distribution schedule of 9 to 19 hours, so it is delivered at one time or another depends on the delivery route of the messenger.
We have a special delivery service on Saturday, with an extra cost, through MRW messaging, contact us to request this option in the mail firstname.lastname@example.org .
Regardless of the shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link so you can track your order online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal expenses. The handling costs have a fixed price, while the transport costs may vary according to the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We can not combine two different orders, and the shipping costs will be applied for each one individually. We are not responsible for the damages that your package may suffer after shipment, but we do everything possible to protect all fragile items.
You can return a product if you do not like it, it's not what you expected, the measures do not fit what you need or for any other reason. You have a period of 15 days from the date of delivery to make the return of any product. The products have to be in perfect condition, with their packaging and original labels intact. Send us an email to email@example.com to inform us that you are going to make the return and we will inform you about the procedure to follow for the return shipment of the product. When we receive the package and verify that it is in good condition, we will refund the amount in the bank account that you have indicated to us within a maximum period of 7 days. The shipping costs of returned products are borne by the customer, unless the return is caused by defects in the goods or a service error.
